Whiteshield and e& UAE sign an MoU on sovereign intelligence

Whiteshield and e& UAE signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at GISEC Global 2026. The partnership combines the secure digital infrastructure and the local delivery capabilities of e& with Whiteshield’s sovereign intelligence applications, built on XShield.

Sovereign intelligence needs sovereign infrastructure. Under the partnership, XShield intelligence applications run on national-scale, secure infrastructure that is deployed locally.

Two computer-vision pilots with UAE government entities are already under way, in mobility and in culture. The partnership moves from framework to deployment, for secure and scalable AI across government priorities.
