You agree not to misuse the site: this includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data, probing or testing the security of the site, introducing malicious code, placing disproportionate load on the infrastructure, or using the site in any way that is unlawful or harms the rights of others.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The methodologies, underlying models and data pipelines remain the property of Whiteshield.

No Professional Advice

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute policy, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Decisions taken on the basis of material published here are at your own risk.

Third-Party Links and Services

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including social networks and video platforms. These are provided for convenience only. Whiteshield does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third parties.

Privacy and Personal Data

You may provide personal data when you submit one of our forms: the contact form (name, email address, subject and message), the Quantum Ed enquiry form (name, organisation, work email and a short brief) or a report request (name, work email and the sector you represent). We use this information to respond to your enquiry or request and to manage our relationship with you. Form submissions are transmitted through a form-delivery provider acting as a processor on our behalf. When optional analytics is enabled and you consent, we also collect information about website visits and interactions as described below. We do not sell personal data. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact us through the contact form.

Cookies and Privacy Choices

Optional visit analytics and session recordings are off until you accept them. When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits, device and browser information, and actions such as downloads and form outcomes. Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and heatmaps on selected public pages to help us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation. We exclude forms, sign-in pages and pages with an assistant from recordings. Our analytics events do not include form contents, names, email addresses or passwords. We do not use either service for advertising, and advertising consent stays off for both. When Clarity runs, Microsoft also sets its own cookies on Microsoft domains, including an identifier (MUID) that Microsoft may use for advertising and other purposes. Google and Microsoft process the measurement data under their respective Google privacy policy and Microsoft privacy statement. We remember your choice in necessary browser storage for 180 days; you may accept either optional category, reject both, or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing permission stops further collection by the relevant integration and clears its accessible first-party cookies, but does not erase data already collected. Cookies that Microsoft sets on its own domains can be removed in your browser settings. Embedded videos, the assistant and the security check on our forms are separate services that may process information under their own policies. This section was updated on 25 September 2026.

No Warranty

Whiteshield does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whiteshield and its partners, officers and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Whiteshield harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law
