Amira Bensebaa

Amira Bensebaa is a Partner at Whiteshield, bringing robust analytical and quantitative skills along with over seven years of consulting and economic development expertise. She heads the Abu Dhabi office.

Since joining the firm she has contributed to projects spanning manufacturing, SME policy, labour resilience, innovation policy and commodity strategies. Her work has included comprehensive economic studies on UAE national indicators, giving her deep experience in data collection and consolidation, stakeholder mapping, database development, and scenario planning and analysis.

She has diagnosed the manufacturing sector, evaluated its supporting policy framework and governance structure, and formulated strategies to enhance manufacturing competitiveness. She has supported SMEs across the UAE and other economies, and her global research has assessed the drivers of country performance amid technological disruption and the changing landscape of production and work.
