Fadi Farra brings over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and policy advisory across global markets. His expertise spans industrial and innovation policies, microeconomics, private sector development, and competitiveness policies.
He has served as a senior lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School of Government since 2009. Before establishing Whiteshield, he was Head of Unit at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, addressing diverse economic and public policy matters.
As a trained economist, Farra progressed through strategy consulting roles at the Boston Consulting Group and AT Kearney in New York and London, reaching Principal level. Upon founding Whiteshield, he received the 2019 Global Leaders in Consulting Award for Excellence in Innovation and the 2021 Top 25 Consultants honour for Excellence in the Public Sector from Consulting Magazine.
Farra chaired the Global Agenda Council on the Future of Manufacturing at the World Economic Forum and frequently contributes commentary to international media.
